Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COCH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,255 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are NMBR-AS1, CHAF1B, and ADPRS. Each is linked with COCH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COCH-to-partner and partner-to-COCH results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, NMBR-AS1 grouped by COCH-low versus COCH-high in SKCM.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COCH→partner) and Y-score (partner→COCH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
