Across TCGA patient cohorts, COCH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 36 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COCH-associated genes across cancer lineages are SETD2, JNK_pT183_Y185, and Caspase-7-cleavedD198. Each is linked with COCH in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COCH-to-partner and partner-to-COCH results are reported.
