COASY

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COASY mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 2,817 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COASY-associated genes across cancer lineages are FAM25G, LINC02061, and RNA5SP334. Each is linked with COASY in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COASY-to-partner and partner-to-COASY results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, FAM25G grouped by COASY-low versus COASY-high in LUSC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COASY→partner) and Y-score (partner→COASY) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
