Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, COA7 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11,771 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible COA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are CNRIP1, LHFPL6, and DDR2. Each is linked with COA7 in more than 7 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COA7-to-partner and partner-to-COA7 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, COA7 versus CNRIP1 in OV, with a Pearson correlation of -0.56.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→COA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
