COA7

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, COA7 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 132 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible COA7-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SL415P, MIR1179, and RNU1-62P. Each is linked with COA7 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both COA7-to-partner and partner-to-COA7 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SL415P grouped by COA7-low versus COA7-high in CESC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (COA7→partner) and Y-score (partner→COA7) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
