Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNTNAP5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,553 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTNAP5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TYMP, PHF2, and PSTPIP2. Each is linked with CNTNAP5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTNAP5-to-partner and partner-to-CNTNAP5 results are reported.
