Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNTNAP5 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 3,512 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNTNAP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are SNRPD3, GGT1, and PRODH. Each is linked with CNTNAP5 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTNAP5-to-partner and partner-to-CNTNAP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNTNAP5 versus SNRPD3 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.35.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTNAP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTNAP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
