Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNTNAP5 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 9,440 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNTNAP5-associated genes across cancer lineages are B3GNT4, ANKRD39, and HJURP. Each is linked with CNTNAP5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTNAP5-to-partner and partner-to-CNTNAP5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, B3GNT4 grouped by CNTNAP5-low versus CNTNAP5-high in COAD.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTNAP5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTNAP5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
