CNTN4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNTN4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,151 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTN4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MAP1A, AKT3, and HSPG2. Each is linked with CNTN4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTN4-to-partner and partner-to-CNTN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNTN4 versus MAP1A in HNSC, with a Pearson correlation of 0.54.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
