CNTN4

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNTN4 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 4,817 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTN4-associated genes across cancer lineages are TIMM44, PKM, and NAE1. Each is linked with CNTN4 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTN4-to-partner and partner-to-CNTN4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, TIMM44 grouped by CNTN4-low versus CNTN4-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTN4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTN4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
