CNTLN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNTLN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,418 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTLN-associated genes across cancer lineages are AUNIP, COX15, and KIF15. Each is linked with CNTLN in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTLN-to-partner and partner-to-CNTLN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AUNIP grouped by CNTLN-low versus CNTLN-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTLN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTLN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
