CNTF

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNTF mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 11 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTF-associated genes across cancer lineages are LYZL2, KRTAP6-1, and C16orf90. Each is linked with CNTF in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTF-to-partner and partner-to-CNTF results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, LYZL2 grouped by CNTF-low versus CNTF-high in LUNG_SCLC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTF→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTF) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
