CNTD1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNTD1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14 significant associations in total. URINARY_TRACT shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNTD1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SEC14L3, NOBOX, and LECT2. Each is linked with CNTD1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNTD1-to-partner and partner-to-CNTD1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SEC14L3 grouped by CNTD1-low versus CNTD1-high in URINARY_TRACT.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNTD1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNTD1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
