Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNST mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,066 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNST-associated genes across cancer lineages are TUBGCP4, RN7SKP214, and PSMC3IP. Each is linked with CNST in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNST-to-partner and partner-to-CNST results are reported.
