CNPY4

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNPY4 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 15,579 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNPY4-associated proteins across cancer lineages are TIMP3, DAPK3, and DNM1. Each is linked with CNPY4 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNPY4-to-partner and partner-to-CNPY4 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNPY4 versus TIMP3 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.41.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNPY4→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNPY4) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
