Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNPY4 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 14,323 significant associations in total. BRCA shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNPY4-associated genes across cancer lineages are SPARC, CNRIP1, and ANTXR1. Each is linked with CNPY4 in more than 8 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNPY4-to-partner and partner-to-CNPY4 results are reported.
