The most reproducible CNPY4-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Vacuole organization, Collagen biosynthetic process, and Negative regulation of endodermal cell differentiation. Each is linked with CNPY4 in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNPY4-to-partner and partner-to-CNPY4 results are reported.
