Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNPY3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 13,825 significant associations in total. HNSC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNPY3-associated genes across cancer lineages are CUL9, PPP2R5D, and SRF. Each is linked with CNPY3 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNPY3-to-partner and partner-to-CNPY3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNPY3 versus CUL9 in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.33.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNPY3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNPY3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
