Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNPY3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 490 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNPY3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MIR328, BRDTP1, and TAF11L14. Each is linked with CNPY3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNPY3-to-partner and partner-to-CNPY3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, MIR328 grouped by CNPY3-low versus CNPY3-high in UCEC.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNPY3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNPY3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
