Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNPY3 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 16 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNPY3-associated genes across cancer lineages are MEK1, PCNA, and PEA-15_pS116. Each is linked with CNPY3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNPY3-to-partner and partner-to-CNPY3 results are reported.
