CNOT9

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNOT9 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 376 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT9-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-988P, WHAMM, and CXCL13. Each is linked with CNOT9 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT9-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT9 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-988P grouped by CNOT9-low versus CNOT9-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT9→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT9) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
