CNOT6LP1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNOT6LP1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 7,492 significant associations in total. PDAC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT6LP1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are MMP2, PPFIBP1, and CNN3. Each is linked with CNOT6LP1 in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT6LP1-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT6LP1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNOT6LP1 versus MMP2 in LUAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT6LP1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT6LP1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
