CNOT1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNOT1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,290 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNOT1-associated genes across cancer lineages are SIGLEC10, KHDC3L, and ACSM4. Each is linked with CNOT1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNOT1-to-partner and partner-to-CNOT1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, SIGLEC10 grouped by CNOT1-low versus CNOT1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNOT1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNOT1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
