CNNM1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNNM1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 24,295 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNNM1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are INPP1, COL5A2, and PPP1R18. Each is linked with CNNM1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNNM1-to-partner and partner-to-CNNM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNNM1 versus INPP1 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.46.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNNM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNNM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
