CNNM1

protein abundance — cross-omics
Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNNM1 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,814 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNNM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are PRODH, SNU13, and SOX10. Each is linked with CNNM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNNM1-to-partner and partner-to-CNNM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNNM1 versus PRODH in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of 0.29.

protein abundance associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNNM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNNM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
