CNNM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNNM1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 45 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNNM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are ASNS, eIF4E, and mTOR_pS2448. Each is linked with CNNM1 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNNM1-to-partner and partner-to-CNNM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, ASNS grouped by CNNM1-low versus CNNM1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNNM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNNM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
