CNNM1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNNM1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 937 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNNM1-associated genes across cancer lineages are CISD2, PPM1M, and NUDT6. Each is linked with CNNM1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNNM1-to-partner and partner-to-CNNM1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CISD2 grouped by CNNM1-low versus CNNM1-high in LARGE_INTESTINE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNNM1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNNM1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
