Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNMD mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 492 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNMD-associated genes across cancer lineages are RN7SKP109, MBD3L2, and ERHP2. Each is linked with CNMD in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNMD-to-partner and partner-to-CNMD results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RN7SKP109 grouped by CNMD-low versus CNMD-high in BRCA.
mutation associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNMD→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNMD) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
