CNKSR1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CNKSR1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 157 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNKSR1-associated genes across cancer lineages are IMPG1, RASGRF2, and ASB3. Each is linked with CNKSR1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNKSR1-to-partner and partner-to-CNKSR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IMPG1 grouped by CNKSR1-low versus CNKSR1-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNKSR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNKSR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
