Across TCGA pan-cancer cohorts, CNIH3-AS1 RNA is linked to patient survival in 28 of 34 cancer types, making it the most broadly survival-associated CNIH3-AS1 data layer.

The strongest signal is observed in uveal melanoma (UVM), where higher CNIH3-AS1 RNA is associated with worse disease-free survival. In most high-consensus cancer types, elevated CNIH3-AS1 expression acts as an unfavorable survival marker, although some lineages such as OV and LAML show a favorable association.

UVM, KIRC, and UCS are the cancer types where CNIH3-AS1 RNA most reproducibly stratifies survival.
