CNGB1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNGB1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 12,705 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CNGB1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are ERO1A, MAP7D1_S460, and UPP1. Each is linked with CNGB1 in more than 4 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNGB1-to-partner and partner-to-CNGB1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNGB1 versus ERO1A in BRCA, with a Pearson correlation of 0.30.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNGB1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNGB1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
