Cross-omicsPROTEIN-MS → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CNGA3 protein abundance is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 104 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CNGA3-associated genes across cancer lineages are PCDHB5, GDAP1L1, and PGBD5. Each is linked with CNGA3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CNGA3-to-partner and partner-to-CNGA3 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CNGA3 versus PCDHB5 in GBM, with a Pearson correlation of -0.57.
protein abundance associated genes by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CNGA3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CNGA3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
