Q-omics provides the consensus-scored CCDC92B profile across patient tissues and cancer cell-line models. CCDC92B expression is associated with patient survival in 19 of 34 cancer types, with the highest sampling consensus in UVM. Among the 18 cancer types available for tumor–normal comparison, CCDC92B is differentially expressed in 7, with the highest sampling consensus in LUSC. Additionally, CCDC92B RNA expression shows 13,448 significant gene co-expression associations, with the highest sampling consensus in TGCT. Together, these results highlight UVM, LUSC, and TGCT as cancer lineages where CCDC92B shows reproducible signals across survival, tumor–normal expression, and patient cross-omics analyses.
