CMTR1

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CMTR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 10,594 significant associations in total. GBM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMTR1-associated proteins across cancer lineages are DAXX, DHX16, and GNL1. Each is linked with CMTR1 in more than 5 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTR1-to-partner and partner-to-CMTR1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CMTR1 versus DAXX in COAD, with a Pearson correlation of 0.44.

RNA expression associated proteins by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CMTR1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CMTR1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
