Across TCGA cell cohorts, CMTR1 RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 4,531 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Leukemia shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CMTR1-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Regulation of transcription initiation by RNA polymerase II, Establishment of protein localization to organelle, and Regulation of DNA-templated transcription initiation. Each is linked with CMTR1 in more than 16 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CMTR1-to-partner and partner-to-CMTR1 results are reported.
