CLUH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLUH mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5,899 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLUH-associated genes across cancer lineages are CHAF1A, MRM3, and CTDNEP1. Each is linked with CLUH in more than 3 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLUH-to-partner and partner-to-CLUH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CHAF1A grouped by CLUH-low versus CLUH-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLUH→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLUH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
