CLUH

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLUH mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 54 significant associations in total. STAD shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLUH-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSK-3_pS9, GSK-3a-b_pS21_S9, and c-Kit. Each is linked with CLUH in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLUH-to-partner and partner-to-CLUH results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, GSK-3_pS9 grouped by CLUH-low versus CLUH-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLUH→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLUH) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
