CLPX

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLPX mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 5 significant associations in total. SKIN shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLPX-associated genes across cancer lineages are AVPR1B, FAM47C, and MGAT4D. Each is linked with CLPX in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLPX-to-partner and partner-to-CLPX results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, AVPR1B grouped by CLPX-low versus CLPX-high in SKIN.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLPX→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLPX) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
