CLLU1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLLU1 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 785 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLLU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are RNU6-607P, ESS2, and FBXO7. Each is linked with CLLU1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLLU1-to-partner and partner-to-CLLU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, RNU6-607P grouped by CLLU1-low versus CLLU1-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLLU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLLU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
