CLLU1

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLLU1 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLLU1-associated genes across cancer lineages are mTOR_pS2448, Notch1, and PDCD4. Each is linked with CLLU1 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLLU1-to-partner and partner-to-CLLU1 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, mTOR_pS2448 grouped by CLLU1-low versus CLLU1-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLLU1→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLLU1) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
