Cross-omicsRNA → PROTEIN-MSPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts
Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLIC5 RNA expression is significantly associated with the protein abundance of many other proteins, with 20,188 significant associations in total. LSCC shows the largest number of these associations.
The most reproducible CLIC5-associated proteins across cancer lineages are UTP15, PES1, and DDX18. Each is linked with CLIC5 in more than 6 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIC5-to-partner and partner-to-CLIC5 results are reported.
Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLIC5 versus UTP15 in LSCC, with a Pearson correlation of -0.52.
RNA expression associated proteins by consensus
Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLIC5→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLIC5) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
