The most reproducible CLIC5-associated genes across cancer lineages are OR6C75, TTC39C-AS1, and OR10U1P. Each is linked with CLIC5 in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLIC5-to-partner and partner-to-CLIC5 results are reported.
