CLGN

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLGN mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 27 significant associations in total. BLOOD_Lymphoma shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLGN-associated genes across cancer lineages are IZUMO3, SCYGR2, and FASLG. Each is linked with CLGN in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLGN-to-partner and partner-to-CLGN results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, IZUMO3 grouped by CLGN-low versus CLGN-high in BLOOD_Leukemia.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLGN→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLGN) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
