CLEC18C

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → FUNCTION-RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC18C RNA expression is significantly associated with the go_rna of many other GO terms, with 6,753 significant associations in total. LGG shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC18C-associated GO terms across cancer lineages are Positive regulation of mitochondrial membrane permeability, Mitochondrial gene expression, and Regulation of mitochondrial membrane permeability involved in apoptotic process. Each is linked with CLEC18C in more than 11 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC18C-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC18C results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Positive regulation of mitochondrial membrane permeability grouped by CLEC18C-low versus CLEC18C-high in STAD.

RNA expression associated GO terms by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC18C→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC18C) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
