CLEC14A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNACell-linePairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLEC14A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 18 significant associations in total. LUNG_SCLC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC14A-associated genes across cancer lineages are KLK12, IFNA14, and BARHL2. Each is linked with CLEC14A in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC14A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC14A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, KLK12 grouped by CLEC14A-low versus CLEC14A-high in SOFT_TISSUE.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC14A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC14A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
