CLEC12A

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLEC12A mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1,770 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLEC12A-associated genes across cancer lineages are CYCSP49, RNA5SP420, and RN7SL248P. Each is linked with CLEC12A in more than 2 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLEC12A-to-partner and partner-to-CLEC12A results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, CYCSP49 grouped by CLEC12A-low versus CLEC12A-high in STAD.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLEC12A→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLEC12A) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
