CLDN3

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN3 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17 significant associations in total. SKCM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN3-associated genes across cancer lineages are VN1R17P, NCKAP1P1, and PGAM1P13. Each is linked with CLDN3 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN3-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN3 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, VN1R17P grouped by CLDN3-low versus CLDN3-high in SKCM.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN3→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN3) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
