CLDN23

RNA expression — cross-omics
Cross-omicsRNA → RNAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN23 RNA expression is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 17,803 significant associations in total. THYM shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN23-associated genes across cancer lineages are UNC93B1, SH2D4A, and ARSD. Each is linked with CLDN23 in more than 25 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN23-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The scatter plot shows the strongest example, CLDN23 versus UNC93B1 in LGG, with a Pearson correlation of 0.72.

RNA expression associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN23→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
