CLDN23

mutation — cross-omics
Cross-omicsMUTATION → PROTEIN-RPPAPatientPairwise association · TCGA cohorts

Across TCGA patient cohorts, CLDN23 mutation is significantly associated with the total protein of many other genes, with 19 significant associations in total. UCEC shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN23-associated genes across cancer lineages are Bax, MEK1, and mTOR. Each is linked with CLDN23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN23-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN23 results are reported.

Each partner links to its own Q-omics profile. The box plot shows the strongest example, Bax grouped by CLDN23-low versus CLDN23-high in UCEC.

mutation associated genes by consensus

Ranked by combined sampling and lineage consensus. X-score (CLDN23→partner) and Y-score (partner→CLDN23) are standardized regression coefficients; both directions are reported because the association is undirected. p-values are from the association test.
