Across TCGA cell cohorts, CLDN23 mutation is significantly associated with the RNA expression of many other genes, with 1 significant associations in total. LARGE_INTESTINE shows the largest number of these associations.

The most reproducible CLDN23-associated genes across cancer lineages are GSG1L2. Each is linked with CLDN23 in more than 1 cancer types. Because this analysis shows association rather than direction, both CLDN23-to-partner and partner-to-CLDN23 results are reported.
